Who we are

Little Harvest Learning Center (“Little Harvest,” “we,” “us”) is a play-based preschool and homeschool enrichment program located in Homer, Alaska, operated by Tara Hicks. You can reach us at littleharvestlearning@gmail.com.

What information we collect

When you submit a waitlist or enrollment inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, your child’s name and age, and your email address or phone number. We only collect what you choose to share with us.

We do not collect any information from children directly. All forms on this site are intended to be completed by parents or guardians.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, manage our waitlist, and communicate with you about enrollment at Little Harvest Learning Center. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party form and integration services (such as Elfsight and others) to process inquiries. These services may process the information you submit in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies if you have questions.

This site is hosted on Webflow. Webflow may collect standard server logs and analytics as described in their privacy policy.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Little Harvest Learning Center serves children under 13, but our website is directed at parents and guardians — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and waitlist information only as long as it is useful for enrollment purposes. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email littleharvestlearning@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
